Lithic Call Rescue

Every missed call gets an immediate, intelligent second chance.

When nobody can answer, Lithic picks up by voice and by text, works out what the caller needs, checks for anything dangerous, and moves qualified work toward the calendar before they try the next company on the list.

Sixty seconds

One missed call, start to finish.

Drag the slider, or tap any point on the timeline. This is the whole thing - from the phone ringing out to the summary landing on your screen.

0:00
Missed

The phone rings out. Everyone is on a job. This is the moment the lead usually dies.

Illustrative. Not a recording, not a real customer, and no audio - a synthesised voice pretending to be a real call would be exactly the wrong impression.

Before anything else

Certain words stop the conversation cold.

Gas. Smoke. Fire. Carbon monoxide. An electrical or chemical hazard. Lithic does not troubleshoot, does not qualify, and does not try to book. It tells the caller to leave the building and call 911 or the utility, and it tells you immediately.

Emergency language wins over every other instruction, including yours. No owner setting turns this off.

When it breaks

Three ways this can go. All three end the same way.

Voice agents fail. Providers have outages. People hang up. The thing that matters is not that it never happens - it is what happens next.

The agent connects

Safety check, job details, and either a booking or a clean handoff to a person.

The agent fails

The provider is down or the call drops mid-sentence. Lithic falls back to SMS and picks the conversation up in text.

The caller hangs up

They gave up before anything was collected. Lithic still texts them, because a number that just called you is a lead.

The lead is captured.Provider failure does not lose the lead. That is the acceptance criterion the whole feature is built against, not a nice-to-have.
The cost of the status quo

What are the ones you miss actually worth?

Two numbers you already know. The arithmetic is on the card so you can argue with it.

Walking out the door each year$35,100

6 missed calls a week × 52 weeks × a 25% close rate × $450 a job.

A quarter is a conservative close rate for inbound demand that already chose to call you. Your real number depends on your mix - this is a way to see the order of magnitude, not a quote.

The handoff

You get the version you can act on.
